In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — the pt988 website accessible at https://pt988.app, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated applications.
• "We", "Us", "Our" — pt988 and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "You", "Player", "Member" — any individual who registers an account on the pt988 Platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable account created by a Member upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other incentive credits awarded by pt988 and credited to the Bonus Wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they may be converted to real-money funds and withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by pt988 before withdrawal processing and as a condition of ongoing account operation.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all pt988 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated.
• "Sportsbook" — the sports betting product offered through the Platform, covering pre-match and in-play markets on football, badminton, e-sports, and other disciplines.
• "Casino Games" — all RNG-based slot titles, live dealer games (including live baccarat and blackjack), and any other game content accessible through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing the Platform or using its services is illegal under applicable local law.

By registering an Account or using any feature of the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are a natural person, at least 21 years of age, and a resident of Indonesia.
2. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or on behalf of a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for cause.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of pt988 or its affiliated game studio partners.
6. You understand that online gaming carries financial risk, and you are acting within your own financial means.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pt988 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• You must notify pt988 immediately at support at pt988.app if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account credentials — including usernames, passwords, and any linked payment methods — may not be sold, transferred, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• pt988 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion if it determines that the eligibility conditions in Clause 2 have not been met or have ceased to be met.

pt988 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The following rules apply:

• You must submit satisfactory identity documents before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
• pt988 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — including during registration, before processing large withdrawals, or following a change in account behaviour that triggers internal risk controls.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by the pt988 compliance team may result in withdrawal suspension and, ultimately, account closure.
• All personal data collected during the KYC process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• pt988 may use third-party identity verification services to authenticate documents. The outcome of third-party verification is binding.

All deposits to your pt988 Account are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pt988 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited to the Platform may not be reversed once they have been used to place a wager. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to Clause 6.
• pt988 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on any Account at any time, including as part of a responsible gaming intervention.
• Any deposit that cannot be matched to a verified Account will be held in suspense for 14 days. If the funds cannot be reconciled within this period, they will be returned to the originating payment account.

The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests from your pt988 Account:

• Withdrawals are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification in accordance with Clause 4.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and are displayed in the Account settings panel.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours during standard operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the pt988 Account. pt988 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• If your Account holds active Bonus Funds with an outstanding Wagering Requirement, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon withdrawal unless the Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• pt988 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request pending additional KYC documentation, internal fraud review, or AML compliance checks. You will be notified of any such delay by email.
• Withdrawal requests made during Indonesian national public holidays (including Idul Fitri and other gazetted holidays) may experience extended processing times of up to 24 hours.

pt988 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following standard terms unless a specific promotion's supplementary terms provide otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to residents of Indonesia who hold a verified pt988 Account and meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion.
• Welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses carry a minimum 10x Wagering Requirement applied to the total of the deposit plus the bonus amount, unless the promotion specifies a different multiplier.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus and associated winnings not meeting this deadline will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Game contributions toward Wagering Requirements are as follows: slots — 100%; live baccarat and blackjack — 10%; other live table games — 10%; sportsbook pre-match bets (minimum odds 1.50) — 100%; sportsbook in-play bets — 50%. Games not listed contribute 0%.
• The maximum bet permitted while a Wagering Requirement is active is Rp 500.000 per round or bet. Wagers exceeding this threshold placed while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering process.
• pt988 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to Members in the course of their wagering activity.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting with external accounts, collusion, or use of automated wagering tools — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to permanent Account closure.

All games available on the pt988 Platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules displayed within each game interface:

• All Casino Games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by pt988 or by any player action outside of the game mechanics.
• Live dealer games — including live baccarat and blackjack — are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. The decisions of the dealer and the outcome of each hand are final and binding.
• For Sportsbook wagers, the settlement of all bets is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). In the event of a dispute, pt988's trading team decision is final.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining legs.
• Disconnection during a live game round or sports bet does not void the wager. The bet will be settled according to the outcome recorded on pt988's servers at the time of disconnection.
• pt988 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced if it determines that the odds at which the bet was accepted were materially incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. Wagers outside these limits will not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pt988 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with pt988 support.
• Using the Platform in any way that is intended to defraud pt988 or other players, including collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological aid to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform's house edge.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to generate profits. Any profits derived from a documented software error are not payable and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of geographic obfuscation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pt988 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

pt988 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all Members from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which your session will be automatically terminated.
• Reality Checks: Opt-in notifications reminding you of elapsed play time, displayed at intervals you select.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.

All content published on the pt988 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, audio assets, video streams, trademarks, service marks, logos, text, and database content — is the exclusive intellectual property of pt988 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and database laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pt988.
• Any software downloaded or accessed via the Platform remains the property of pt988 or the relevant game studio licensor. You acquire no ownership right by downloading or using it.
• The pt988 name, logo, and all related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of pt988. Unauthorised use of any pt988 trademark is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pt988 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Platform and its services. In particular:

• pt988 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable.
• pt988's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pt988 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if pt988 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• pt988 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, government actions, natural disasters, power outages, or third-party payment processor outages.

pt988 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in the course of registration, KYC verification, and ongoing platform use. The collection and use of this data is governed in full by the pt988 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Your data is secured using 256-bit TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. pt988 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pt988 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pt988 will:

• Publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Send a notification to the registered email address of all active Members at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pt988 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to contact pt988 customer support and allow a minimum of 30 days for the matter to be resolved informally. pt988 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and promptly through its internal disputes process.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights as a resident of Indonesia to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.
